I am looking for a project and have decided to restore a brush. I have found brush handles that I like but I do not want to restore a handle that is cheap. Does anyone know the best brands to restore?
The best brand to restore is the handle you like!which fits perfectly to your hand , with the perfect knot size for you.
Sometimes "no names" are awsome.
Good luck.

+1. see for me i like barber style brushes with wooden handles, you make like lucite or you may like metal or rubber. you may like a short fat handle or a long skinny one but in the end we cant tell you which one is the best because you the user has to decide what would feel good in your hand.
I have a couple of no-name handles that I used to practice restoring and thus far, the one that i have finished is my favourite brush stuffed with a TGN 20mm !
