brush restore....what brand of handle

I am looking for a project and have decided to restore a brush. I have found brush handles that I like but I do not want to restore a handle that is cheap. Does anyone know the best brands to restore?

Thanks

The best brand to restore is the handle you like!which fits perfectly to your hand , with the perfect knot size for you.
Sometimes "no names" are awsome.
Good luck.

+1. see for me i like barber style brushes with wooden handles, you make like lucite or you may like metal or rubber. you may like a short fat handle or a long skinny one but in the end we cant tell you which one is the best because you the user has to decide what would feel good in your hand.

YMMV !!!!

Restore whatever appeals to you whether it be based on colour , size, design.......

No use buying the cheapest or most expensive restore if you don't like it and won't use it !!!!! :biggrin1:

I have a couple of no-name handles that I used to practice restoring and thus far, the one that i have finished is my favourite brush stuffed with a TGN 20mm !
