Brush Performance?

How do you think this brush would perform?

It's a Col Conk pure badger brush, the first brush I owned. It will work, I still have mine. It will be scrubby but is a good first brush. If you are looking for something soft, this isn't it but it will make lather quite nicely. Its a no frills brush with a molded handle and the least expensive grade of badger hair but a a good way to get started
