Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to @Ron R . For the past couple weeks, I have taken his advice and used a couple neglected shaving brushes for face washing use. For me, this has been terrific.
Upthread I mentioned a 30mm SynBad knot set in a Shavemac 173 handle. I am alternating between that and an inexpensive WCS 28mm silvertip badger. Both of these brushes have been collecting dust lately, so it's nice to make them useful.
