Brush Chronicles #14: Omega B&B Essential Boar

mswofford

Rest in Peace
Great post as always Bob!

I used my TGN Silvertip last night, after 2 weeks worth (8-9 shaves) of using the B&B Boar.
Now I notice a little more prickle, a little more lather hogging, a little less soft scrubbiness.

Almost tempted to break in my son's who is steadfastly ignoring my subtle hints to start shaving with it.
Tony; just how subtle are your hints?:a48::a7: (I have 2 sons.)

A bit too subtle. He's also having some trouble with acne so I'm sympathetic.

At these same time I'm thinking "well if you're not using it, I should break it in....."

I hope I am not out of line in posting these pictures. I thought I would post up a line up of what has been offered up to now:

As you can tell, some see more use than others. These are without a doubt my favorite boar brushes of all time. So much so, that I have no need to even try another boar brush. I am sure there others out there that have used much nicer and finer boar brushes. However, these brushes do everything I ask of them and more. They are absolutely a steal at the price offered, I think.
