That’s a good local dealer to have. My local place sold me some McCranies red ribbon someone brought in and said there was more. That was 8mo ago and I haven’t heard anything else. I’m waiting on the next Esoterica drop before I go see him. Who knows what he’ll hopefully have waiting for me.

That puts me at a little over 90 lbs, so I'm getting pretty close to where I figure I need to be in order to feel satisfied that I have stuff I like for my old age.

I haven't bought a pipe that wasn't stamped "Brown Leaf L.E." since 2019. The silver work on this unsmoked Nording handmade was calling my name, though...

Ordered a pouch of Half & Half, 1 of Sir Walter Aromatic, and took a chance on some Captain Black Original -- which I may never have tried. Or maybe it was what I first smoked in a Dr. Grabow back in 1984. The blend of Virginias, burley, and black Cavendish sounded great.

Ordered a pouch of Half & Half, 1 of Sir Walter Aromatic, and took a chance on some Captain Black Original -- which I may never have tried. Or maybe it was what I first smoked in a Dr. Grabow back in 1984. The blend of Virginias, burley, and black Cavendish sounded great.

Captain Black is a pretty good Codger Blend.
Try it mixed 50/50 with some Prince Albert!

I've got some Match Prince Albert. For some reason the one time I tried it, it was way too strong for me. Mixing it with CB ought to work fine.

I'm 4 lbs from my goal.
Then it's just special releases for me.
