The 11th day of PIFmas is still open, so there's still a chance for ya'll to go join up! 
And the 12th...it will be open until after Christmas
So is the 6th.
I forgot about this spontaneous thread of awesomeness! Maybe we can do it again next year.

The basic premise is that BLers band together and run 12 PIFs this month. They can be large or small and anything of interest in the brown leaf. Each PIF is in a separate thread (with tobacco PIFs occurring in the stock exchange), and then there’s a master thread bring them all together for a bit of holiday fun.

To add to what Micah said, it was a spontaneous movement of 12 PIFs announced in 12 days two years ago. I found it to be fun and festive.
I’ll contribute. I will be traveling back to the States on the 20th. So I will either have to send it before hand or send it from SC. But I want in.
