British New long combs - where to buy?

I was reading the British vs US differences for the Gillette New long comb, and it looks to me like the British baseplate can accept many different handle types (the raised bar baseplate) compared to the US version. Is this true, and if so, where do you find English Gillette New long combs?

I'm still trying to figure out the b/s/t, and looked on ebay. I'm assuming that they're relatively rare.
