Bringing shine back to my CH2

Guys, I have a CH2 that has lost its luster. The sticker is looking rather poorly, too, and I'm thinking of taking it off, buffing up the handle, and getting a new sticker from Simpson. But how do I make it shine again? I don't have power tools or anything like that. Any low-tech solutions? I do have quite a bit of elbow grease.

I think http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=185571 has the best recent discussion. I would also expect toothpaste and a soft cloth to be safe for a resin handle, and I'd be tempted to try ArmorAll - but I might be wrong about both of those.

hello,surprisingly,a paste metal polish ,used with a damp clean cloth ,and rubbed not too aggresively-then polished with a soft clean cloth should
(might) do it; just don't rub it aggresively-better to do it five times and get it where you want it-then rush it and mar the surface;:

Scratch out by Kit works great.You can use it to restore your brush and your headlights.

I jsut put the polish back on a red Ever Ready handle with one of those 4-sided nail file/buffer/polisher/shiner thing. My wife had one in the bathroom and I polished up a handle and the head and handle of a razor pretty quickly.
