Bread knife?

I'm jealous and I already have one. Good choice Ben. When it comes in snap some pictures and give us a review.

Got it a day or so ago. Sanded the handle tonight and oiled it. Looks good. Tried snapping some photos, but didn't come out well - I'll try again in the daylight.
 
Nice. Now are you buying bread or baking it? Can we recommend balsamic and olive oil to dip it into? :angel:

I was on a bread baking kick for a while, but I haven't baked any in some time. Part of the problem is that the local grocery has a wonderful bakery and they sell a sourdough loaf for $3.50, which is likely cheaper than I can make it even if I'm not counting labour.

I hear you. I do the same a lot of the time.
