I took my Glock 19 with the 10-8 sights to the range this morning and put about 150 rounds through it. Great improvement from the 24/7 Big Dot/Express combo I had on it before. I started with the murderous "Dots" drill, one inch dots at 5 yds, attempt to put 5 rounds on each dot. When I did my part, the sights/gun combo did their part, shooting to POA. As I've said before, harder than it looks, if you have trouble flinching/jerking the trigger, this will show you the error of your ways. Great training aid. Then I moved on to the plate rack at 20 yds. Much better performance with the 10-8 sights than the Big Dot/Express when I did my part. As for the brass bead, I was not in the best lighting for it to shine, bright sun to my front, overhead cover, but some light did reflect off the top of my slide and the bead was visible, but not all that prominent. I also shot my P365 through the same drills, this time the Glock out shot the smaller P365.
