I've bought two wedge razors,for restoration and to customise. These are the 1st razors I've
Done anything like this with, I work as an engineer and have at hand many tools. However
How hard is the spine of a straight, for file work?
I have a joseph rodgers with barbers notch and a very boring looking gates.

Generally, the spine is softer than the edge. However, it is possible that your particular spines are as hard as the edge.
