I'm a little nervous... I have been renting during school for a couple years and about five years since I graduated.
But I'm moving back home, I have taken a new job, and oh... my wife is 28 weeks pregnant this week!

A little nervous? I think I would have had a heart attack and be in the hospital already with all that on my plate.....lol. You are doing better than I would.
Congrats! It aint over til its over. I was in contract with 2 houses before we ended up in this one. Inspections turn up bad stuff sometimes and you have to move on. Good luck and keep us posted. Also make sure your agent or attorney gets you a closing cost estimate so there are no surprises at closing.
