Shea Moisture AfricanBlack Soap. Not exactly the most authentic on the market, but they were two bucks off at Publix. A friend who has some acne on his back spoke very highly of it for that and clearing skin, in general. I've had a few spots of acne about the size of a dime on my back and within a week they've noticeably reduced in size and are no longer tender to the touch.
