Saw that but I added a RF to my stable recently. Strangely, there have been 4 sold on ebay in the last 2 months.

Yea...that one and two others are from the same guy. He has been selling all sorts of high end stuff.
I was watching those. He was selling rooney finest in styles 1, 2 and 3. I wonder if the guy is a member on here.
That brush ain't worth $500.
I'd say it's not... unless you're one of those guys who won't ever use a used brush. In that case... when was the last time the opportunity for an unused Finest came around? The M&F run three years ago?
Not me; I was watching it like a hawk, but $500 was a good bit out of my price range.

I had pipe dreams that I could stay in it to a certain amount (didn't bid but was watching), but that was dream died about two days ago.
