I found a great blade storage container. My wife buys GUM soft picks for teeth flossing. The package comes with a small plastic container that works great for holding blades. I have one that I use once I open a pack of blades (unless they come in a plastic blade holder). I have another one that I use to hold blades in between shaves. There is a little bit of a gap between the two plastic halves. An unwrapped blade can easily slip through the crack. I just rewrap the blade in its wrapper and put it in the case. I think these will work great for my travel kit too since they're pretty thin.

My wife has a stack of Eclipse breath mints from australia. They come in a tin with a flip top. Makes a perfect blade bank.
