MIWA:
Cap has a small chip, comes with two original blades, shim and a pattern for modern DE blades. If you have a DREMEL, you can make it work. Case is relined. Also included is a spare handle, which is somewhat smaller than the original, so the head wobbles a bit (can be tweaked).
