Placed an order on their website almost two weeks ago. Got an order confirmation, but no shipping info. Sent a couple of follow up emails that have gone unanswered. Anyone else had this issue lately?

Sounds like something slipped through the cracks.

It does happen, but to me, what sets business apart from others is communication. If something happened, own up to it and keep your customer informed; we are very understanding.

Glad to see they have stepped up.
