Black and Grey Feathers

I just found 100 Feather, Stainless, Platinum coated, 20 pks of 5 in plastic dispensor for $30 with shipping included. I seem to remember reading that these are the same as the Yellow package feathers only new????? Could this be right? Seems awfully cheap.

In fact they are EXACTLY the same blade in just the newer style packaging
