This is a first time I'm taking a bird picture. I live in Israel and the migration route from Europe to Africa goes through us. We have many interesting birds around here. I guess this is some sort of parrot?

Great shot!
We were in Israel in October 2014.
The migration was on and was a beautiful addition to a fantastic trip.
The people in Israel were wonderful.
