Just wanted to share some good results I have experienced from using this brand of toothpaste. About two years ago, I read an article about sodium lauryl sulfate, a foaming agent in most toothpastes that can cause mouth problems over time. Since then, I have been using Biotene, which contains none of this ingredient. It is not a foaming toothpaste, but addresses enzyme deficincies that often result in dry mouth. It is often marketed to people who are undergoing cancer treatment for that reason. After using this product for two years, I couldn't be happier. No cavities, strong enamel, great reports at the doctor's office. It is not all that expensive when compared to other leading brands. You can get it in Walmart, Target, almost anywhere you buy your toothpaste. But best of all, after I brush my teeth, if I happen to drink something, it doesn't taste like hell. You barely notice any difference in the tastes of food or beverages.
