Is it me or does C.O. Bigelow's cooling effect after rinsing your face last longer than Proraso?

I wonder if Bigelow is Proraso pre formula/logo change?
It lasts longer for me, though I prefer the soap lather!
I have bvoth creams and I like the Bigelow a little better for performance. I don't remember any cooling difference but it's been a little while since I've used either one.
I can't tell any difference. I like and use them both equally. Good, solid products.
I've used both, but separately and at different intervals, so I really can't compare them side-by-side. The Bigelow was a gift a few years ago. At the time you had to get ProRaso from an Italian supermarket -- now I see it in drugstores everywhere. I always understood them to be the same thing.
Just tried bigelow for first time...that cooling effect was a nice suprise
