I already bumped the other Speed Oven thread, but thought maybe I should start a new one to discuss its use rather than the choosing of the oven for those who may already have one.
My first admission is that since getting a speed oven in March, I have mostly only used it as a microwave and a couple times as a warming oven. I really don’t know how to use it. Mostly because I spend 5-6 days on the road every week and haven’t been able to play with it much.
