Best scent in ROSE shaving cream?

I recently bought my first tub of TOBS - the lavender. Excellent cream. Having now used both TOBS and Truefitt & Hill, I cannot explain why people are willing to pay three times as much as TOBS for the Truefitt & Hill.

I can understand that. However, I don't understand why people pay so much for TOBS when there are cheaper and better soaps and creams out there. YMMV, of course. TOBS leaves my skin dry.
