Just purchased the Omega pro 48. Got impatient waiting on the B&B boar to be in stock. I've read that it works best with hard soaps. What is a good sandalwood to pair with this brush? I'm new to boar, so don't want to waste soap getting acclimated to this brush.
Best sandalwood soap for the Pro 48?

You may want to order two, that big Omegas gonna tear through that puck in no time! Enjoy your shaves!
Unfortunately there arent that many hard soaps out there with a sandalwood scent that are good. TOBS is pretty good, as is C&E. Unless you go the artisan route you won't find many. But you could try Proraso Sandalwood in the bowl. Italian soft soap + Omega Pro 48 = bliss.
I love TOBS Sandalwood! I have yet to get a tub of Proraso Sandalwood but I hear great things about it.
