I'm contemplating buying a Muhle-pinsel badger brush and can't decide on a bristle. I only had one brush before, my AOS fine badger. I like how AOS brush gets soft when all whipped out yet holds its shape pretty well. However, everyone keeps talking about silvertip and since I'm buying one of the Muhle brushes, now is the time to choose.
I'm looking at this 23mm horn brush in silvertip:
This brush can also be customized in best burger, although it looks like the best bristles are not as bloomed as silvertip.
Super (is this equivalent to AOS fine?):
