Gold Dollars once you fix their design issues and hone them right are probably the best, but straights don't count. RiMei maybe for de? Yuma is basically free and actually shaves well.

Only my opinion, but no. 
I'd try for a good used or vintage if you really want to save money. Get a beat up Gillette New long comb, soak the thing in scrubbing bubbles and toothbrush the heck out of it, and have fun.

Rimei from Dealextreme is a very good razor, a Gillette Tech slightly more aggressive. Less than $5 shipped worldwide.
