Best Blade for a Toggle

I have a Toggle on layaway at a local antique mall. Not sure if I'm going to keep it or not, but I want to try using it a few times, even if I eventually try to get rid of it. I use a ball-end tech DE (when I use a DE) with a Super-max blade and am fairly happy with this combination.

Can someone recommend a good blade choice for a toggle? I don't think I'm going to keep this razor, but I want to try it with an optimum blade-just in case I change my mind after I try it.

TIA for the advice.

Why would you consider starting off with a blade other than one you already like? You can always decide whether you need to go more aggressive or milder from there.

Only blades I've tried has been the Wally World DE blades and the Supermax. I'm still not sold on this whole DE thing-I usually use a Schick Slim Twin disposable and get a pretty good, pain-free DFS or better 99% of the time. I don't know that I "like" the Supermax-only that I like them better than the Wally World blades.

I'll try the Supermax of course, but wondered if there were some sort of universally agreed-upon blade choice for a toggle-or blades to avoid with the toggle.

I think it is the right time to buy a blade sampler pack. You will have more options and testing of them is pretty exciting.
