Iv owned pretty close to 50 belts , and a lot of brand names like Dickies or Nike. It is very hard to find a decent belt that will last , but in my opinion .....View attachment 1092946
The military dress uniforms , are the most stylish and by far most reliable belts ....
Probably a synthetic or offbrand that doesn't require brasso!
Anyway what's your opinion , what's your favorite ... Any runner ups / challengers ???
This morning by coincidence I said the very same thing to my girlfriend. As I was getting dressed, I noticed that a leather belt I'd bought exactly five months ago is falling apart. I announced my intention of going back to the store and requesting my money back. I'll put up a bit of a fight, but if they absolutely refuse, I'll tell them to throw it in the trash and walk out. Then I'll make my way to the next store where they sell military type clothing and buy a couple of those webbing belts. They do indeed look sharp. Even if they only last a few years - who cares. (Real surplus stores are few and far between nowadays.)
Cheers,
