Best 2020 soaps? (lather wise)

So, what do you think are currently the BEST soaps/creams out there?

It's all really high quality stuff, so just pick something you are intrigued by/fits your budget. I for one cant tell the difference between A&E Kaizen, Zingari Man Sego or Stirling (to stay with US Artisans). That is until you factor in the price per ounce.

I really liked the Tallow + Steel West Indies that I used the other day!

During 2020 I've been very highly impressed by these 5 soaps below:

Captain Fawcett's Luxurious
Captain Fawcett's Scapicchio 1820
D.R. Harris Windsor
Musgo Real Classic
Ach. Brito Mogno

This was my first DE shaving year so i tried quite some samples and full soaps. The ones that standed out in performance were:

Saponificio Varensino - 70th ann. edition
Stirling Varen & Scots pine scheep (both mutton tallow amazing post shave)

1. A&E Kaizen. Just wow. Dense face feel. Just unbeatable.
2. Zingari Sego. A little lighter face feel but still incredible.
3. DG Milksteak. Similar to Kaizen
4. B&M Reserve and Excelsior (I like both bases a lot)
5. Stirling (great soap at a great price. Unbeatable value. Stands up to all of the $5+ per oz soaps, at $2.33 per oz.)
5. Mitchell’s Wool Fat (great classic, stands up to today’s artisans as far as slickness and post.)

Stirling and Spearhead soaps.

I've been enjoying Stirling for a while and they continue to stand out with great creamy lather without drying out the skin and incredible value.

Spearhead has been a surprised this year. Relatively new company and they made test batches for dirt cheap. I fell in love after the first soap and now they have settled with their 20.1 base. Really creamy lather that doesn't puff up easily but stays dense. Incredible post-shave feel as well.
