Hey Gents,
Simpsons has put a few wonderful videos out giving a behind the scenes look at their work. In my humble opinion, they are one of the best shaving brushes on the market today. And these videos give an inside look to a bit of their hand made process. It's amazing the process that Simpsons uses. And these videos show really incredible insight to how they weigh the knots, tie them, glue, and set. It's absolutely incredible.
It's truly a masterpiece being hand made with every brush. I've found great joy in seeing these videos, and I thought that you fine gentlemen might enjoy seeing them too. So, sit back and enjoy some really cool inside looks at fine hand made shaving brushes from Simpsons. (And I'll continue to update this thread as I see more videos that Simpsons releases )

This is the first one that they released. And it shows how they weigh and bundle their knots.

Here is part 1 of their setting process. "Perhaps the single most important task in the construction of a hand-made knot. If a brush is going to shed, this is the critical moment in the infancy of the knot."

Here is their "highly skilled, complex procedure during the formation of the knot. The lady pictured, making it look rather easy incidentally has been with [Simpsons] for many years. Next, we move on to the final set & glue phase following this passage of work."
