Four hours exploring Ancient Athens called for a beer stop. La Trappe Dubbel and Septem Sunday’s Honey Gold Ale. Both were delicious, but it has been hot here. The Greeks know honey! Fresh honeycomb is served at each breakfast at the hotel. Happy Fourth!!

Was in the mood for some cask ale so I stopped by a local brewery that does them (best bitter and Yorkshire pale ale).
