Missed you guys.
I have been gone for a week, visiting family. I did wet shave the entire week.
After being back for a couple days, I realized how much i like my badger brush and much I missed it. i took a boar brush with me. Nothing compares to a badger brush, in my humble opinion.

It is good to be back and I will catch soon.

Not badgering at all. I am a commited to wet shaving, I would never think of going back to the dark side. Once you seen the light, you do not want to return to the dark side. No one noticed what I shaved with, I did discuss though. With no response.

I'm currently visiting family in your state and I brought along my wet shaving gear of a sort. I brought a tube of Old Spice shaving lather, a badger brush and a Trac II razor. I know, it's not exactly the correct razor but I have a container for it and nothing to hold a DE razor. Good to have you back. We did have one interesting moment in the trip. About an hour from our destination, we noticed smoke boiling up behind the van. Stopped and checked the engine and transmission fluids and discovered that the transmission was low. We added fluid and made it into our daughter's home without any problems.
I took the van to a local garage yesterday and the technician found a tiny pinhole in a transmission oil cooler line evidently caused by hitting road debris somewhere along the way. He replaced the line and all is back to normal. Today, I'm hitting antique stores and out of the way drug stores to see if any shaving gear is to be found. That is, right after I was SWMBO's van to remove the oil from the rear doors and windows.
