You'd have thought that they would have polished the blade a bit before selling it and can you just imagine how awkward it must be stropping with those scales? It truely is lovely.
Just read the description, it's 20 inches long when closed! It's a monstrosity, an obomination, and the lot after it looks like Doc's Sweeney Todd with its brass nickelled scales.

Looks like they are all display razors. Probably made to bring in the badger and blade boys from the pre internet period - to spend their hard earned money.

That blade is over 20" long closed and there are a couple others just as ornate and large. Stunning I say!
The link won't work for me, but that razor would be an exhibition piece, probably made for the centennial exhibition of 1876 in Philadelphia.
