Beard dye

Hey all - I'd like to know if anyone else has had the same problem when buying beard dye for us older guys online? Having had an allergic reaction to Just for Men, I ordered some PPP free dye from Wolfsbeard (Purazon company) in late April. They took my money, but I have heard nothing from then since. I have tried emailing via the official website - nothing. They don't have a phone number, although they do have an address.

I'm irritated that they took my cash, and have not been in touch - even to say it's on its way. Nothing. Anyone else had the same experience? Their website says they reply to emails within 30 hours - ha, not even within 30 days! Every time I try to post a message to them, they just say "form post failed - try again." I live in Australia.
