Wow, I did not know that. Probably not one I will pursue. I am guessing too valuable to be something I would be comfortable using.

But the shave is phenomenal. I put it right up there with an original 1st Gen Tradere OC or a Darwin Deluxe. But, IMHO, the LASSC BBS-1 is a better shaver.
It’s not artificial pricing it’s supply and demand and you won’t likely see one for under 1500 USD, I know I wouldn’t sell one for less.
You see here are the pure facts, there are 421 of them made. Demand outpaces supply. Prices go up. Same with Paradigm and RS-10 razors.

As they say in Latin "De gustibus non est disputandum" To each his/her own. Personal tastes are merely subjective opinions that cannot be right or wrong. But for me, I am a big fan of the BBS-1. If you are a razor collector / hobbyist / lover, this is one of the best razors ever manufactured, highly collectible, visually stunning and a great shaver too.

Hi @Actor07, as a beginner, I haven't had a chance to try out all of the razors yet, including the BBS-1 (I made my first post about my collection yesterday). But from what I've heard from others, it is a highly sought-after razor. I'm looking forward to trying it out and sharing my own review once I get the chance to use it.
