I really don't like the cinnamon/clove smell in Bay Rum.What would be the least cinnamon/clove smelling Bay Rum ?

Try CO Bigelow Bay Rum cologne.
Another option would be the Col. Conk Bay Rum aftershave / cologne

I would also try out Meehan's Bay Rhum cologne along with St. Johns Bay Rum. Dominica Bay Rum & Bay Rum w/Lime is also amazing stuff but it has no longevity whatsoever. I use it sometimes in the summer after I shower but the scent is pretty much gone within 15 mins.
Masters Bay Rum (I got mine at Sally Beauty Supply, cheap). Also, SCS Bay Rum with a Twist is nice too. I did the bay rum sampler from Barclay Crocker and found the Masters was good enough for me.
What Bay Rum have you guys found lasts the longest scent-wise?
Superior 70 and Dominica, for sure. Seem to be very pure bay tree oil to my nose, especially S 70.
In response to another inquiry, I have found that no BR that is not loaded with other scents lasts all that long. Ogallala Special Reserve has good tenacity, but it has lots of cinammon and clove in it as far as I can tell. Pinaud BR actually has decent tenacity, but again, substantial cinammon and cloves to my nose.
Meehan's lasts all day on me. Stays close to the skin but it's most definitely there.

I just can't stand Bay Rums that have an overpowering scent of cinnamon/clove.

+1 Meehan's is definitely my favorite bay rum.
Though most Bay Rum Aftershave manufacturers augment the stuff with cinnamon and clove due to the expense and weakness of the scent of East Indian Bay Rum leaves, the scent that is imbibed to the aftershave from the Bay Rum Leaf itself smells like Cloves.
If you don't like the smell of cloves, you probably wouldn't like the smell of real Bay Rum.

Dominica seems to have the least clove/cinnamon scent of the Bay Rums I've tried. I have a bottle of Ogallala and it's nice but the Dominica gets the most use.
I, for one, really like a strong clove/cinnamon scent in bay rum. I have only used the Trumpers (awesome stuff) and Clubman (good - not great). Both are heavy on the clove/cinnamon.
I like the clove and cinnamon so much in fact that purchased a bottle of "herbal" water that caught my eye the other day. It was delicious!
I was considering branching out and trying the Dominican, but I'm not so sure now.

I love Dominica for that reason. Plus it seems to be better at skin conditioning than others I've tried.
