Baxter of California Travel Brush.Who Makes It?

I am an Amazon Vine Reviewer. I leapt at the chance to review several Baxter products. First up was the Baxter Pure Badger Travel Brush. I already owned the Edwin Jagger Pure Badger Travel Brush. I just compared them, side-by-side, except for the exterior finish, they look like the identical brush. Does anyone know for sure? It says made in Germany...Muhle? Even though they look identical, I think I will test them both.

It appears to be Muhle .
