Southside Market is just a small road trip up from Manor into Elgin. It's worth the trip. Their sausage is good.

Yessiree. Used some of their 'hot' for a 30-person red beans/rice/sausage/cornbread feast that I cooked a couple of weeks ago up at Lake Powell. Several folks asked where they could get it
