My wife has been wanting a nice watch. I planned to buy her one last Christmas, but we decided to buy some stuff for the house instead. Since then we have gone and looked at lots of different watches at our local AD's.
Ball watches have been on my radar for a couple of years now, so she has heard me mention the brand before. Once she took a look at the Engineer II Lady Ohio, she was hooked.

Steve walked me through the purchase and took time to tell me a little more about the Ball brand. It was nice talking to someone in sales that knew the product, but didn't give me the high pressure pitch. Steve offered me the watch at a fair price, and was able to get it sized and shipped out after our call. Talk about quick service
