I ordered my handle 1/16/20 and it got here last week.
I’ve received 1 Yaqi order and one other from AliE in less than half that time. The Ail delay is due partly to us customs and yaqi seems to try to ship their stuff the slowest way possible.
I paid $14 also. I have no idea where the item is since it arrived in the US 10 days ago.How did you do that I paid for $14 international shipping and my start razor is nine and a half weeks in travel. And got to k c on the 22nd

Okay I talk to USPS and also international USPS they opened a case on my Razor. They also said mine was priority there's insurance on it but the sender would have to be the one to file. They also said I should hear something back from the USPS about the inquiry within 3 days. She also said it should have showed customs but did not say anything about it.United States of America Post

Huh?Oh and by the way that's a good-looking handle. Was that yaqi from AliExpress?
Ok, I guess I missed that while I was busy skimming over contentHuh?
No it’s from Homelike Shaving.
Rockwell's patent should have never been issued for the design. Prior art exists in the Bohin razor so it can be contested and nullified.
What is Prior Art? - Henry Patent Law Firm
If you’ve encountered patents, chances are you’ve heard the term “prior art.” It’s one of the most common reasons that patent applications are rejected by the patent office, which makes it one of the most challenging hurdles to clear in getting a patent granted. Prior art can be used to show...www.henrypatentfirm.com
Key points are these.
"
There are two criteria for patentability over prior art. First, the invention must be new (or “novel” in the words of the statute) — which generally means it can’t be identical to any single product or reference. Quite simply, this prevents you from patenting ideas that already exist in the public sphere or in previously-filed patent applications.
But at the next level, your invention needs to be inventive (or “non-obvious” in the words of the statute) — that is, more than a trivial variation of prior art. That means an invention typically can’t be patented if a person of ordinary skill in the relevant field of technology could derive the invention from the prior art by making obvious changes or substitutions.
It’s also important to inform the patent office if you know of any prior art that’s material to the patentability of the invention claimed in your patent application. Specifically, all inventors (and anyone substantively involved with a patent application) have a duty of disclosure, candor, and good faith in dealing with the patent office. Complying with this obligation is often easy, as the patent office provides a specific procedure for telling them about any relevant prior art."
They can make a case on the first level but the inventive part not a chance.
The bolded portion is the noose around Rockwell's proverbial patent neck assuming they didn't make reference to the Bohin in the patent application.
