Baddly fitting scales

I've just acquired a Rogers & Sons full wedge from the mid 1800's. The blade itself is amazing, but unfortunately the previous owner did a not so great job replacing the scales.
Don't get me wrong, the zebra stripped buffalo horn looks awesome, but unfortunately they don't quite fit the size of the full wedge blade and have caused it to split from the liner at one end. Any ideas on how to rectify this, or where to go for new custom scales that fit better?

That looks like a spacer instead of a wedge like you should have or liner like you mentioned in your post. A wedge is better there as the gentleman above said. However, if they fit and work properly already but have only become loose, then seems like it would be quite easy to simply tighten that pin up.

Liner? I can’t quite see a liner.

It looks like the wedge has separated from the scales, this should be a very easy fit.

Personally I would replace the wedge with white bone to provide contrast and actually make it a wedge as it appears to be a spacer at the moment.

Sorry, spacer is the word I was looking for, not a liner. I'm still fairly new to straight razors, the lingo escapes me sometimes.
Unfortunately it's not that it's just come loose, the blade is pretty thick and doesn't really fit properly into the slot which is probably whats forced it apart and caused the gap.

Where could I go about finding some white bone to replace that spacer with? And whats the difference between a spacer and a wedge?

Here's a good source for camel bone:
