It seems that I recall reading somewhere that going forward, all B&M aftershaves will be made using the "reserve" formula. Can anyone confirm this and does it make any difference in scent or performance? Specifically, I 'm curious about Seville.

That is correct, with the recent release of the splashes again, they only come in the reserve base now.
I got a bottle of Seville splash in reserve recently but can’t say if the scent is different as I haven’t had a bottle of the previous deltus base to compare but it smells the same or close enough for me with the soap and balm. I have a bottle of LGC and Ravish in the older deltus base and to be honest, I forgot Seville was a different formula until you mentioned it so I obviously didn’t notice much, if any, difference in performance between the reserve and deltus
