Avon Uncle Sam Pipe AS

Found one of these at a second hand store earlier today! Anyone know anything about it? Google comes up with quite a few listed for more than I paid (1 dollar).
Below is a picture of one, mine does not have the blue and gold mouthpiece, just a clear plastic screw cap.

Box says:

WILD COUNTRY AFTER SHAVE

WATER, GLYCERIN, FRAGRENCE,
BENZOPHENONE-11, COLOR
3 FL OZ
