I had an unfortunate incident occur in which some git stole my Mesa Boogie Solo 50 guitar head right before Christmas. Thankfully, however, it was insured 
As such I'm now in the market for a new guitar head, price not being too much of an issue as the Mesa was insured for a decent sum.
At the moment the contenders are -
Mesa Boogie again, probably just a Solo 50 as any other is a bit too expensive

I play downtuned death metal pretty much exclusively, so a nice tight low end, vicious attack and high gain are a must. Let's see if anyone comes up with anything I've not thought of
