ATT blade exposure

I understand what blade exposure is, but I don't understand what "blade reveal" is. Could someone explain that for me?

The below post explains it perfectly.

On the ATT Windsor, the blade gap is 0.90mm and the amount of blade that is showing (i.e. Sticking out past the top cap) is just 1mm.

This gives the blade incredible rigidity and this translates to a more comfortable shave.

I don't understand why all razors are not made like this. Why would anyone prefer blade chatter??

As far I can tell it is the amount of blade on show seen from above, i.e. how much extends past the cap.

This is an old image but gives a lot of the metrics.

Thanks so much, I understand now.
