Atomizer with Floid

I recently picked up a atomizer for my Floid just to try it out, anyone else use these?

Personally I think it is pretty efficient way applying it and the "atomizing effect" seems to dampen the sting some aftershaves tend to give.

I bought one with my Blue. I think it does the job well but I need to shorten the tube between the bulb and the bottle, a bit too long for me. I know it has probably saved me wasting the Floyd by dumping it in my hand and using too much.
I also bought one (smaller of course) for my Alt Innsbruck, which I was wasting by pouring.

+1 I had the same experience with the Alt Innsbruck. I also have numerous atomizers for the Floid bottles and I have mixed feelings about them. I do think that they are very efficient and do not waste as much.... but I don't find myself reaching for those bottles very much. I have smaller Floid and Proraso bottles and I tend to grab those because the big bottles with the atomizers seem to be cumbersome and bulky. Also, I enjoy the rush of the burn and sting.... hence I like to douse my face rather than spritz it.

I dont use the atomizer...I prefer to pour it on my hands and apply it to my face directly... but the floid bottle is a bit tricky tho bec of the big hole....I use my thumb to control the flow

I have trouble with using too much Alt Innsbruck when I pour on my hands. Where did you get a small atomizer for the Alt Innsbruck bottle?
I tried decanting a small amount Floid blue into a small plastic spray bottle. It seemed to work but it just took to much time decanting so I just splash on with my hands.

I never bought one, I like to splash it directly on one hand, rub both hands together and then apply to face with a light circular motion.

I understand where you're coming from Marco, I would prefer that way, but that is a big bottle to tip so little. At the time Blue was hard to come by and for me the atomizer sounded like the best way to conserve what I had. With the Alt Innsbruck, more than once, way more came out of the bottle than what I wanted due to the size pour spout. They need a flow restrictor in the bottle, like what is in most AS and colognes.

i knew i shouldn't order the atomizer, but i did anyway. it's as stupid and useless as i thought it would be. i'm a splash guy! why would i atomize!?
