Assisted Facesturbation

One thing i've really started to notice/enjoy about wet shaving, is how women cant resist the facesturbation. swmbo strokes my face ALL the time, and women i meet/friends always try and pinch, smell, stroke my face.

I absolutely love it. I've had women ask me what my secret is, and how i can keep my skin in better shape than them. I simply smile.

all vanity aside though, i do think one of the biggest perks to wetshaving is the impact it has on complexion, and skin health. Especially for you younger guys, your significant others (and you) will be thanking you for taking such good care of yourselves down the road.

I agree, although since starting DE shaving my face has been in worse condition than normal, as I only have a few shaves under my belt.

But for a few months now I've been using a brush and soap/cream, and I've been able to achieve a wonderfully close, comfortable, irriation-free shave, no wiskers even when brushing up against the grain, with a two-bladed cartrage razor.

At that point my skin was so soft, and it's definietly great for the skin's health.

i definitely know the pain you speak of, the first week was hell, the second was hell on steroids. It got better when i figured out how to get the lather just right, and from there, the pressure and angle. It takes time till you stop taking layers of skin off with the de, but once you get it down, oh boy is it worth it. All the best on your journey!

But yeah, there's still a lot of skill needing to be acquired.

you know i didn't cut myself with a de till about a month in, and i got a few weepers atg. it was just WAY to much pressure. I was shaving my face raw, and taking off a little skin with every shave. It was an additive effect. I lift weights and have heavy hands, so it took me a while to train myself not to trat the razor like a 40lb dumbbell.

The fact you have the lather down puts you miles ahead of the game. I found shaving every other day helped give my skin some time to recover during the rough times.

Stick with it, its definitely worth it.

I'm still bleeding and getting weepers and I'm about 7 weeks in. It's all about prep and technique.

no invitations, just a bbs shave. Sometimes its from an initial hug when i greet them, cheek to cheek they feel a baby's ***. Other times i'll do one of these and the rest of the night they're finding excuses to touch it.

One time in a physics lab a pen from alfred over at fendrihan started a conversation about it, and the gal sitting beside me damn near raped me after the first touch.

It has definitely helped in reducing blemishes! Though I try to limit the use of products that are too fragrant.

My wife definitely comments on how much better and younger my skin looks now that I'm wetshaving and using a toner and moisturizer. Can't say as I've had any female friends ask to stroke my face...yet...

Yep. That TAG stuff is crap. But have a shave and throw on a bit of Bay Rum or Old Spice and I always get the "MY GOD you smell good" from the ladies.
