ASB or ASM Recommendation Request

These boards can be a bit overwhelming at times. Too many choices, too little money.

I'm looking for an soothing, non-tacky, non-greasy ASB or ASM that has no or very little alcohol in it. Additionally, I would prefer that it not have any menthol / peppermint in it either (because I already have a bottle of Mama Bear's Peppermint Summer Milk on order). Additionally, unscented would be best, but I'll take a very mild scent that dissipates quickly if need be, so it won't clash with my colognes.

So many requirements!! I know. I'm a pain in the butt!

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Welcome to B&B. Too many requirements? You ain't seen nothin' yet!

I have two recommendations:

First, The Gentlemens Refinery Unscented A/S balm meets all your requirements.

Second, Saint Charles Shave's A/S balm is very similar to Nivea A/S balm, and you can get it in several scents, or I believe unscented.

I don't see much mention of it on the SOTD posts (other than me), but I highly recommend the Feather Kanwa ASB. It is unscented and does a very nice job for me. It is very inexpensive as well. I picked it up at classicshaving.com.

Try unscented Curel lotion. Works wonderfully.
