I just bought a puck of their Bay Rum soap off eBay and gave it a go about an hour ago. Well, it lived up to my expectations and then some. It lathers like a champ! I loaded the brush for about 20-25 seconds then built the lather in a bowl and applied. It gave a great slick lather that allowed for my razor to simply glide across.
This is my first time using anything Bay Rum scented so I can't compare it to anything else out there with a similar scent. However, I can say that the scent is definitely pleasant. It's sweet with a little spice to it, the spice is extremely light and subtle but you can catch it here and there.
Overall for $4.75 I'm extremely satisfied and I think this puck will be the main in my rotation for a little while seeing as I'm almost out of my AoS Lavender and Williams is my only other choice.
