ARKO shave stick with no smell?

For some time now I had noticed that I did not smell any citronella in my room. When I started with ARKO it was all over / throughout. So I put my nose really on top of the mug (had pushed a stick in the mug), to smell absolutely nothing. Then I took my stick to smell just some citrus. Do others have the same thing? (I do not have a cold or the flu )

Being a user of the stick i can say it smell citronella in my shaving cabinet when there is one in.

I think any uncovered soap will lose it's scent over time. I would be bummed personally.

Shame.... Absolutely LOVE the smell of Arko!!!!! Luckily, Arko is nice and affordable. I have one just for display alone. Cool retro wrapper plus great aroma equals awesome display piece.

All soaps will go down in scent over time; Arko certainly lost some of its goodness over time!

For a lot of soaps this means that I don't dislike them as much as I did when I got them in, because they were too high on essencial oils and I don't react too good on those in general. Bad side is they loose much character too.

Luckily the Arko stick stays very much like it was, just less strong...

I like it this way. have no problem with citronella, but it was a bit much at first. Now, it is perfect. My skin still takes ARKO very well, and it creates a lot of good lather.

I don't really detect a citronella scent from Arko. It's more like Pez mixed with Ivory soap. Williams, on the other hand, smells like citronella to me, which is why I never bought a puck.
